Somehow, I connected this with my current work, on wanting to change a lot while in the working process, but again, being highly dependent on the 'high level of given resources and ends'. Speaking about the high level of freedom, project management is destined to bring miracles in the work, test so many new solutions, make combinations, create innovations. From my view point, this is also relevant for the tactical management. I strongly believe that 'can't do a lot to change' element in practice is exactly the point where innovation is born.
