Having a point that we focus on is the most important segment. Purposeful adaptability means that we need to know and understand the goal of the entire work of the company: why, how and what we do. In “Tactical Management in Complexity” I see the relevance of the Sense-and-respond Framework in the process of having the organizational team clearly understand what is the main purpose of the company, and act in accordance with it.
