From "Tactical Management in Complexity" I have understood that Creating Complex Adaptive Systems needs to be mainly concentrated around the main purpose, the goal. Also, CAS needs to combine the tools, the working release and the company culture into one, bringing them to a point where every one of them is adaptable to newly created circumstances. This is how I understand the functional system.
