Going through the pages of the book I represent my way of thinking on this forum. I have to admit, that this books starts to open a debate between the results generated by the tactical management vs. project management for me. This might be the case because it is my first time to 'meet' with Tactical Management. There is only one thing that remains certain for me, that we have to build a system, and to build company and team adaptable to changes in order to succeed.
